Cancelation policy

Thank you for choosing Nosara CR Surf School, Playa Guiones, Nosara. A locally owned and operated company with projects to support our community.

Please review our refund policies below:

LESSON ARRIVAL

All students are required to check in at least 10 minutes prior to lesson start.
Anyone arriving 10 minutes after the lesson start time will be considered a no-show, meaning that there will be no refund.
Anyone arriving less than 10 minutes late will not be refunded, but may still take the lesson using the time left.

Coaches are not entitle to wait longer than 10 minutes after the time of the lesson.
One ID is required per reservation at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Reservations must be cancelled by email at least 72 hours before your lesson in order to receive a refund or credit or rescheduling the lesson. Refund will be 50% of the total cost, for instance, if the lesson is $80 and the cancelation is on time, we will refund $40, however if the deposit was $40 then there is no refund.
There are no refunds or credits for no shows and/or cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Changing or rescheduling your reservation within 24 hours is subject to a rescheduling fee of $40 and no refunds will be provided, but used for the coming lesson.

Not show of cancellations within 24 will not be refunded.

No refunds will be given on surf lesson packages after the lessons have started.

REFUND POLICY

Once you arrive at the beach there are no refunds unless lifeguards or instructors shut down the lesson. Safety is our number one priority.
Credit may apply in certain circumstances.
Credit can be used within a year and it is transferable to friends and family.

 

Our goal is to be fair, coaches earn good and per lesson, so deposits are to make sure they get paid for the time locked on their schedule. Communication is really important, we try to be understanding as well.
